s4 ep5: Haeley Gjesvold of Braveheart Wellness

Six and a half years ago Haeley Gjesvold asked herself a simple question: What makes me happy? The only thing she heard back was “mowing the lawn.” What happened next was a transformation from what Haeley describes as a pretty basic existence fraught with debilitating anxiety and frustration to a life that, step by step, she rebuilt from the ground up. Now an intuitive life coach, reiki healer, movement instructor, and founder of Braveheart Wellness, she’s helping women uncover what they really need so that they can create the life they want.
