Three Stunning (and Simple) Hair Tutorials with Sally Beauty

Our obsession with Sally Beauty continues! This week Dani is sharing three easy hairdo how-tos featuring products and tools that won’t break the bank. If you’ve been in a hair rut, this is for you!

One of my favorite ways to wear my hair is with blow dryer curls. Since my hair is naturally wavy, this style is pretty effortless for me. It consumes very little time and since you let it mostly air-dry, it cuts my blow-dryer time in more than half—good for the health of my hair and my morning routine. Follow the steps below to get the look:

1. Allow hair to air dry for 10-15 minutes until it is about halfway dry. If your hair has any natural waves or curl air-drying should help bring out that natural texture.
2. Spritz hair with Beyond The Zone Super Sexy Wave Spray ($7.99). Focus the spray on the ends of hair and avoid getting too much product at the roots. Using your hands simply “scrunch” sections of your hair, lifting the ends up towards the roots and pressing lightly into your scalp to help add beachy, tousled texture throughout.
3. Put your Plugged In Professional Turbo Dryer ($24.99 on sale!) on low heat and low speed and begin drying your hair, scrunching hair as you dry to maximize curl and volume. Keeping the heat and speed low allows you to slow the drying process so that the curls can form in your hands as you scrunch.
4. Once hair is entirely dry flip your head over and lightly spray with Fusion Energy of Beauty Finishing Spray ($4.99) to set the style and and keep it frizz-free all day.

Your turn! Over 100 styling tools are on sale at in October. Try a ‘do a day! Even better, 100 randomly selected winners will receive a Sally Beauty gift card to purchase a styling tool of their choice.
