The Two Eye Products I Can’t Live Without

how to get rid of undereye circles

Friends, I get a disproportionate number of questions about how to get rid of dark undereye circles and it’s high time I helped a girl out. But first, a little science lesson: Sometimes those dark circles are genetic. Sometimes they’re caused by dehydration or smoking or lack of sleep. Sometimes it’s a combination thereof, like, say, if I’ve been whooping it up at the VFW in Fargo, North Dakota. ALL dark circles, however, have nothing on these two products. First, One Love Organics Vitamin E Eye Balm ($48). Talk about take no prisoners. We created this little pot of gold to do it all: depuff, hydrate, smooth, firm and banish those circles. Every night I treat myself to a generous schmear, like an eye mask, and wake up looking like I’ve slept 10 hours—not six. In the morning I follow it up with the greatest makeup invention ever: Bobbi Brown Corrector ($23). Not to be confused with concealer, a corrector neutralizes unflattering skin undertones like red, yellow and blue. I use light bisque, a peachy shade, and it erases any darkness—so much so that sometimes I don’t need concealer. But Bobbi’s Creamy Concealer Kit ($33) lends a brightness to undereyes that instantly lightens up your entire face pulls everything up. You’ll see!
