DIY Lemon Hand Scrub

On the rare occasion that I get a manicure at an actual spa versus my usual $12 chop-shop job, the best part is invariably the scrub. My favorite are the lemony ones with just enough grit to get the job done plus lots of rich oils. Last time it took everything in my power not to lay my head down on the table while she massaged my arms and hands. I think I’ve perfected how to whip one up at home and this week am sharing the easy recipe over at Clementine Daily. Enjoy!

P.S. If you’re more of the buy it versus DIY it type, I can’t recommend J.R. Watkins Sugar & Shea Body Scrub in Lemon Cream enough. It smells like lemon meringue pie, is coarse yet creamy and moisturizing, and costs only $12.99 for a massive tube. The coconut scent is pretty great, too.
