We’re Bringing Press-on Nails Back

these aren't your mother's lee press-ons!

I met Elizabeth for coffee a few weeks ago and she instantly remarked on my perfectly long, shiny fingernails. I smiled and said, “Guess what? They’re press-ons.” That’s right. I’ve been faking gorgeous manicured nails with the help of my latest and greatest beauty obsession: Broadway Nails imPRESS Salon Manicure. For about $7 at Target or your local drugstore, you get a pack of 24 nails in various sizes. They come in a wide range of colors, from classic red to bright blue, and even crazy designs like peacock feathers and neon leopard print. (They’re even housed in an adorable nail polish-style bottle so they don’t get loose in your purse.) And they are SO easy. All you do is clean your nails, size them to fit, peel a little sticker off the back and press! Done. Note to self: They look most natural in the “short” length. My classy mom even bought a box after seeing mine. I work with my hands all day and these babies last me about a week (I do like to seal my oft-used pointer fingers with a drop of nail glue). Removal is super-simple and they don’t damage to your natural nails. I’m addicted, and I think you will be too. –Kara
