6 Ways to Spring Clean Your Beauty Routine

Apparently it’s officially spring, and yet there’s still snow on the ground, my skin is blotchy, and I’m wearing wool socks. Blerg. The good news: This gives me plenty of time to whip my skin and bod into shape before bikini season. Care to join me in a little spring cleaning? –Hannah

(clockwise) Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream ($6) – This drugstore favorite gets rid of gnarly winter cuticles and smells like real lemons. Dr. Hauschka Translucent Bronze Concentrate ($40) – Unfortunately, I have to fake a spring break glow this year. Fortunately, this tinted lightweight oil does the trick while softening imperfections.  Suki Hair/Scalp Conditioning Oil ($30) – How one little bottle can add endless amounts of moisture and shine to my parched winter hair is beyond me, but I’ll take it. LaLicious Tahitian Flower Sugar Souffle Scrub ($34) – Highly addictive. Cane sugar and coconut oil make skin ridiculously smooth and smelling like a tropical breeze.  La Fresh Acetone-Free Nail Polish Remover ($5) – Time to remove the pedi you got in February. These wipes are convenient, smell fantastic, and are free of parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, acetone and lots of other nasty additives.  Eminence Mineral Cleansing Concentrate ($38) – Like a closet purge for your pores. And so refreshing!
