Don’t Be Such a Pill

Yes I KNOW it’s not a beauty product, but I need to tell SOMEONE about this handy dandy dealie that just makes my eyes light up every time I use it: The Sweater Saver from Hollywood Fashion Tape (you know, the double-stick stuff that keeps celebs and their girls under wraps). I’ve had this little pumice stone in my top dresser drawer for about a year but didn’t have a reason to pull it out until my favorite sweater—a big, cozy beast of a navajo-print cardi—started to pill. Don’t you just hate that word? PILL. I still don’t understand how a rock could save my sweater, but as I gently buffed it back and forth across my wool-gone-wild, the fuzz magically lifted, leaving my sweater smooth as new. It works every time! And that, my friends, is a beautiful thing.
