The New Dry Shampoo You Need to Try

Dry Shampoo You Have to Try | Beauty BetsBefore we start, I have to preface this by saying I do work with Aveda, but I’m pretty picky about dry shampoo so please remove all thoughts of bias from your lovely brains. As someone with hard-to-manage wavy, damaged hair, I try to shampoo as little as possible and have been known to stretch a blowout to almost two weeks. I’ve found that using a few dry shampoos together gives me the best results, and since Aveda FINALLY has a dry shampoo it makes my life that much easier! After countless pleas from the masses, Aveda released Shampure Dry Shampoo ($30) a few months ago to a ton of excitement. I loved watching it in action backstage at Congress 2015, where it was one of the star products. Shampure Dry Shampoo has been one of my go-to products to add texture and that heavenly Shampure scent to my hair, no matter how long I’ve gone between washes. The bottle is non-aerosol so it isn’t damaging to the environment, and it’s really fun to apply. All you gotta do is tip the bottle, shake it gently and pouf! a little bit of that lovely powder into your style. If you’re an Aveda junkie, you need this stuff. I mean, come on – everyone loves that smell!
