When in Doubt.

doubt

Happy Monday, friends! Feeling refreshed hopefully? I spent the weekend with some of my best girls doing what we do best: dancing, drinking rosé, and discussing life’s great mysteries. One that we are collectively determined to solve: self-doubt. I look around at these beautiful, talented, kind-hearted women and feel nothing but confidence that they can move mountains, bust through ceilings, and break any chains that are holding them back from being anything but worthy of whatever their soul desires. Alas, how we see ourselves is a different story. This self-doubt business is a brutal one. The final hurdle to unlocking our fears and unleashing our innate greatness. If we know that, why is it so hard to overcome the fear of not being good enough? I’m working on it. And the one that does help is this: We are not alone in our self-doubt. If you can remember that it’s natural to feel uncertain then it’s easier to acknowledge it, look it straight in the eye—and take a chance anyway. Also: Let’s not forget to support each other along the way. There is strength in numbers! Wishing you peace in your heart and joy in your life. —Bets

p.s. I’d love any additional wisdom in this department and always appreciate your personal stories!
