Do You Sleep on a Silk Pillowcase?

Ever since Kim Kardashian was quoted somewhere crediting botox silk pillow cases for her line-less skin I’ve been curious. Okay, not really, because I’m officially over Kiki. But this WSJ round-up reminded me that I needed to ask some real people about this theory. Do any of you sleeping beauties rest your head on a silk pillow case? Does it actually make a difference?

One thing I CAN vouch for: Sleeping on your side squishes that side of your face, causing more wrinkles. My mother the side sleeper can actually see a difference between the left and right side of her face. According to Allure, she’s not imagining things. What kind of sleeper are you?
