Forget makeup (she really doesn’t need any). I love talking skin care with Erin Newkirk. She just gets it. The ingredients. The investment. The sheer joy of a good scrub. And credits her mom with this wisdom—so sweet. Before you read on for Erin’s skin-loving regimen, be sure to download her brilliant new RedStamp app!

Rodan + Fields Unblemish Sulfur Wash
:: 2x / day. My dear friend Anne {who has the most amazing peaches + cream complexion} got me hooked on this wash to prevent the late-30/early-40 hormone surge that can happen to never-before-acne prone skin. It doesn’t dry out my dry areas and keeps my oily areas in check. Plus dramatically reduced breakouts!

Clarisonic :: 2x / day. It was Ms. Bets herself who convinced me to take the plunge and I’ve never looked back. Cleans way deeper than anything I’ve used and has absolutely improved the texture of my skin. Yes, it’s worth it.

Say Yes to Blueberries Intensive Skin Repair Serum :: 2x / day. My Target bargain! I knew I had to try this brand when I found out it was 99% natural + paraben-free. I thought what the heck, I’ll give it a shot. So glad I did. It really brightens + tones.

Phytomer Peeling Vegetal Exfoliant + Phytomer HydraContinue Relaxing Moisturizing Mask :: 1-2x / wk. My skin craves anything Phytomer…their facial creams are amazing but they also have these more hidden gems. I use the combo 1-2 per week to exfoliate + deep moisturize.

My Power Drink, 1x daily :: 1 scoop of Nature’s Plus Source of Life Blue Lightning + 1 scoop of Vibrant Health Green Vibrance in lots of water. I don’t pretend to know the science behind this, but it gives me a crazy amount of organic greens + powerful fruity antioxidants which improves my circulation and makes my skin glow from the inside. Pro tip :: When I’m in a hurry, I just pour the powder right into a big bottle of Evian, shake and go.
